Orders processing time
All the orders are being processed within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders preparation, packing and labeling is a 7 days a week process, however we don’t ship the orders from Friday, 12 pm GMT through Sunday due to the timing of the Post Office and the courier shipping companies. The same is applicable for the public holidays.
Even we are experiencing a high volume of the orders, your banknotes will be duly packed and shipped in time.
Domestic shipping
Banknotes ordered inside the United Arab Emirates will be shipped by the local courier shipping company.
Door to door delivery will be arranged, hence please ensure that you have provided a valid and working mobile number, so that courier can get in touch with you and coordinate the delivery time and place.
Delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Domestic shipping is a fixed price of 30 aed across all the Emirates and regardless the quantity of the banknotes.
Shipping cost will be added to your order statement automatically at the checkout time.
International shipping
We ship all the orders from Dubai to Worldwide except few countries as per the restriction list of the local Post Office.
By default, the shipment method is the economy international shipping – a registered mail by Emirates Post. Tracking number will be provided straight after the package is dispatched to the Post Office.
Other shipment methods as express mail (EMS) or by Courier service (FedEx, DHL) could be also arranged upon your appropriate request is received and shipping cost is agreed. Please contact us to discuss the options prior to checkout.
Delivery time of the registered mail is usually 4-6 weeks depends on destination country.
(!) Please note, when your package is in transit, Post Offices are responsible for its handling and delivery. We are not in power to expedite the shipping process and can’t take a responsibility for any delays of the package.
Combined shipping option is always available. In case it was not applied in your Cart automatically, please contact us to discuss prior to checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for and are not covering any customs and/or taxes applied to the orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the Customer’s responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and any other costs.
Damages and Loses
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if it was lost during shipping, please get in touch with us, so we may arrange a replacement if applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We do make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided by Customer at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the Post Office. If we face a trouble to validate an address, we will be contacting a Customer in order to try to clarify and re-confirm a shipping address. In case the shipping address cannot be re-confirmed, the order will be canceled and refunded.
We will not be holding a responsibility if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
